The conveying wheel and suction roller in the etching tank should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. If the conveying wheel and suction roller are cleaned once a day, the etching tank and the duct part need to be cleaned regularly every one to two weeks. This is the key to manufacturing high-density circuit boards. Be sure to wear protective tools when cleaning the etching machine and use chemicals carefully.
Cleaning method of iron trichloride liquid etching machine:
- Take out all the etching solution in the etching tank, and then pour it into another container to keep it (use it after washing the machine).
- Remove dust and foreign objects in the etching solution tank.
- Pour water into the etching solution tank until the spray pump can operate, and then add hydrochloric acid to adjust the concentration to 2-3VOL%.
- After spraying and stirring (circulating) for about 30 minutes, pour out all the washing liquid.
- Pour water into the etching solution tank until the spray pump can operate. After spraying and stirring (circulating) for about 30 minutes, pour out all the cleaning solution.
- Pour 3-5Wt%NaOH into the etching solution tank until the spray pump can be operated. After circulating for about 30 minutes, discharge it, and then perform circulating water washing for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Repeat procedures (3) and (4) again.
- Check whether the nozzle is clogged, and remove all foreign objects inside the clogging.
- The conveying wheel and suction roller should also be cleaned and kept clean frequently. Rollers that are not clean must be renewed.
- Filter the etching solution stored in procedure (1) with 10-3008m filter holes and then pour it back into the etching solution tank. (Try to install a filter with 10-3008m filter holes on the equipment and run it frequently. This is the key to manufacturing high-density circuit boards.)
- Start normal operation.
