3. Maintenance and maintenance of vertical electroplating line driving The vertical electroplating line transfers circuit boards by using traveling and hanging gears. Clean the crane and the hanger once a week (the driving and the hanger do not need to be disassembled) to keep its appearance neat. When cleaning, you can use a rag to wipe and sand it with sandpaper. 30d Check the hanger once to check the damage of the hanger; check and maintain the motor and reducer of the vehicle, and check its entire transmission to ensure its normal operation. 180d Carry out an in-depth cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle and the hanger, and remove the hanger from the vehicle for cleaning.
